BALANCE POINT YOGA
Balance Point is a 90-minute midday session combining Christ-centered yoga and inspirational insights to help participants reset physically, emotionally and spiritually. Sessions will be held at noon on Wednesdays beginning April 1 in The Community Room at Bread & Better Life Café, 1010 W Magnolia Avenue in Fort Worth.
Designed for those feeling the pressures of work, relationships and competing demands, Balance Point offers a space to pause, restore equilibrium and reconnect with what matters most.
